Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with G8 Flowspace, please contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, or for accounts that have consumed significant computing or AI resources during the billing period.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
